Gladys was the receptionist at SJOG when my son, Luke started school there. She always had a smile and a kind word for us (and everyone who came through the front doors). Having a special needs child is complicated. As the mother, I always hoped for a kind face when we go out. Gladys was one of those encouraging, kind people we met in our day!
