William Thomas Randolph, affectionately known as Billy; was born on January 25, 1967 to William Benjamin Randolph and Frances Deloris Rouse Randolph. He departed this life on Monday, January 9, 2017 at Samaritan Hospice at Virtua, Mt. Holly, NJ. Billy was educated at Delsea Regional High School until the 10th grade when he transferred to Camden County Technical School. While at Camden County Tech, he studied auto body repair and graduated in 1985. He later went on to work for Utellix, installing underground cable wires. Billy also worked at Virtua Hospital in Environmental Services for 5 years. Billy loved to cook and entertain his family. He also enjoyed drag racing, fixing cars and loved traveling to South Carolina to visit his aunt and cousins. Billy found joy in spending time with his daughter Diamond. In 2012, Billy rededicated his life to Christ at Christ Care Unit Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Bishop Robert F. Hargrove, Sr. Billy loved coming to church to hear his Pastor preach. Billy was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, William C. Randolph and Ruth Randolph; maternal grandparents, Isaac Rouse and Barbara Rouse-Shipman. Billy leaves to cherish his memory, his loving and devoted mother Frances; his loving father William; his daughter Diamond; aunts, HattieMae Allen, Jill Brown (Douglas), Debbie Caldwell and Shirley Osbourne; uncle David Mingo (Delores), Steven Randolph (Pam) and Richard Bey and a host of cousins.
