Obituary of Bettye Jean Daniels

Bettye J. Daniels was born on September 2, 1944 to the late Dupree Daniels and Annie Mullins of Brunswick GA. She departed life on August 27, 2015 at Virtua Hospital in Marlton NJ. After attending Risley high School, she relocated to Philadelphia PA where she worked in various positions until she found her passion working at the Philadelphia School for the Blind. She moved to St. Petersburg, FL and later relocated to Pine Hill, NJ. Bettye accepted the Jehovah Witness faith and was baptized on September 19, 1998, while in St. Petersburg FL and after relocating to Pine Hill NJ, she attended the Kingdom Hall in Erial, NJ. She loved to share her faith with others and would share her religious literature with any and every one she encountered. She loved her religion and her family. She was predeceased in death by her parents, Dupree Daniels and Annie Mae Mullins; her brother, Carlton Florence and granddaughter, Takelia Settles. She leaves to cherish her memory her only child, Clarence E. Bashshar (Jessica) of Sicklerville NJ; one sister, Geneva E. Settles of St. Petersburg FL; six brothers, Robers L. Florence (Ruby) of Atlanta GA, Cornell Florence of St. Marys, GA, George E. Florence of Leesburg, FL, Charles W. Higginbotham (Rosalyn) off Brunswick, GA, Benjamin F. Higginbotham of Brunswick GA and Roy L Keith of Brunswick GA; three grandchildren, Khalinah Settles Brown and Clarence E. Settles of Jacksonville FL and Jasmin R. Taylor of Sicklerville NJ; nine great-grand children and a host of nieces, nephew, other re;natives and friends.
