Thelma P. Webb affectionately known as "Patricia" was born January 25, 1946 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Thelma M. and Vernell H. Nickens. She departed this life on Monday, January 13, 2014, in the Kennedy Memorial Hospital, Turnersville, NJ. Patricia was educated in the Philadelphia school system and graduated from Germantown High School in 1963. In 1964, she journeyed to Wilberforce, Ohio to attend Central State University. It was there, Patricia went on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1968. On July 12, 1969, Patricia married her long-time love Carl. Patricia and Carl resided in Laurel, Maryland while Carl was serving in the United States Army. The two eventually settled in Sicklerville, NJ where they lived for 41 years and raised two children, Keith and Danielle. Patricia was employed for many years at the administrative office of "JC Penny" which later became "Fashion Bug" before she retired. Patricia was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, cousin, and friend, She was a giving person who always tried to see the best in everyone. Her favorite hobbies included working on the weekly newspaper crossword puzzle, solving sudoku puzzles, and watching criminal drama shows. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Carl; daughter, Danielle; son, Keith; sister, Delores; brothers; the late Vernell and Robert; brothers-in-law; Calvin, the late Oliver, and Edward Anderson; sisters-in-law; Amy, Yvonne, Mary, the late Vivian, Sharon, Patricia, and Hettie; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
