Obituary of Paul F. Poole

Reverend Paul Franklin Poole, Sr. was born July 24, 1941 to the late Charles and Alice Poole. Paul had 5 siblings: The late Janie (late Isiah) Myers, the late Jesse (late Alma) Poole, Mildred (late Coley Joe, Sr.) Young, the late Barbara (John) Salley, and the late Jeanette Poole. Paul accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Savior at a very young age and began preaching at many churches. Paul met his sweetheart the late Juanita Thelma Gilbert and they married and had 6 children: Garlette (George) Hall, the late Paul Franklin Poole, Jr., Alice Poole (Dennis), Larzeena Rodgers, Calareze Poole, Vuanu (Keith) Wood. Paul enjoyed his family, he loved to play the piano, and sing. He was an author and a photographer. There wasn’t a time that you would see him without his camera or camcorder. He was all about his family and capturing every moment on film. He also served in the Army. Paul leaves to cherish his memory to his 4 daughters: Garlette (George) Hall, Alice Poole (Dennis), Larzeena Rodgers, Vuanu (Keith) Wood; 1 sister Mildred Young and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
