Coleman-Brown Patricia Ann was born August 31, 1952 to the late Lessie Coleman Sr. and Mary Coleman in Darlington SC. Pat, as she is known by all, found the Lord at an early age and went home December 15,2011 to be with Him. Not long after she was born Lessie moved his family to Philadelphia, PA. This is the place where she called home. Pat started her education in the Philadelphia school system. Later, she transferred to the Camden city school system, graduating from Camden High School in 1970. After graduating from Camden High School, Pat proudly went to Tuskegee University. After leaving Tuskegee she found work at the University of Pennsylvania where she worked her way up to Manager of Student Accounts. Pat worked at the University of Pennsylvania for thirty plus years where she was able to help so many students and was loved by all of her co-workers. Around the mid 1970s Pat met the love of her life Albert Brown Sr. Pat and Al always worshipped each other. They were international travelers who loved meeting new people, going out to eat, and spending time with their family. Pat was always a mothering figure to anyone she came in contact with and consistently known for directing orders to the family. Pat was a devoted mother, wife, sister, daughter and friend. She loved to laugh and have a good time. She was always thinking of ways to help others. Pat leaves behind her mother Mary Coleman; husband Albert Brown; sons Andre Coleman, Albert Brown Jr., and Donnell(Jason) Brown; daughters Latanya(Diamond) Coleman, Karlina Hinton and Kelly McRae (William McRae); sisters Margaret Coleman, Jo-Edith Coleman-Drennon (Henry Drennon), Janet Coleman- Hendrix (Milton Hendrix), Tracey Coleman; brothers Emery Coleman (Lisa Coleman), Eric Coleman (Sharon Fortune) and Brother -in-Law Carlos Bryant; sisters in heart Gloria Bell, Beverly Roy(William Roy), Brenda Bundy, Patrice Hammond, Stacy Mills, and Gaynell Webb(William Webb). She is preceded in death by her father Lessie Coleman Sr., second mother Estelle Lyde (nana), Sisters Mary Bryant, Mildred Coleman, son Michael Coleman and nephew Chad Alexander. Pat leaves to cherish her memory with a host of Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
